Realms and zones

Species findings

The NBA reports on the threat status of more than 25 000 indigenous taxa from 15 taxonomic groups, of which 14% are in danger of extinction. Spiders, freshwater crabs, and fairy shrimps (Anostraca) assessments are included for the first time in the NBA 2025.
